This quiz will help you better understand where you are in your transition and give you insight into what to expect. Let’s see where you stand on the journey from perimenopause to post-menopause!

1. How old are you?

2. How regular are your periods?
a) My periods are still regular, like clockwork.
b) My periods are getting a little unpredictable (earlier, later, or missed).
c) I’m noticing significant changes in the timing and flow—sometimes light, sometimes heavy.
d) I’ve skipped a few periods, and I’m not sure when my next one will come.
e) I haven’t had a period in a year or more.

3. Have you experienced hot flashes or night sweats?
a) Nope, I’ve never experienced hot flashes or night sweats.

How to Interpret your results:

Mostly A’s: You’re Likely in the Early Stages
You’re likely in your early 40s and may not be experiencing many symptoms yet or have very mild ones. It’s a good idea to start preparing for changes, as things will evolve in the coming years. This class will help you stay ahead of the game with the knowledge and tools you need!

Mostly B’s: You’re in Perimenopause
You’re in the early to middle stages of perimenopause. You might be noticing changes in your periods, energy, and mood. This is the time when symptoms can start becoming more noticeable, and it’s a great time to learn more about how to manage the transition.

Mostly C’s: You’re in Mid-Perimenopause
You’re likely experiencing more significant symptoms of perimenopause and may be nearing menopause itself. Hot flashes, sleep disruptions, and emotional changes are common at this stage. You may find this class to be especially helpful as you navigate these changes and learn effective coping strategies.

Mostly D’s: You’re in Menopause
You’re in or approaching menopause, having gone through 12 consecutive months without a period. The symptoms you’re experiencing are part of the transition, and this class will provide you with practical advice and tools to manage the physical and emotional challenges of menopause.

Mostly E’s: You’re Post-Menopausal
You’ve reached post-menopause, and while the worst of the symptoms may have passed, you still might experience some lingering effects. This class will guide you through maintaining your health and vitality as you settle into this new phase of life.
